Step Inside the Ultra-Luxury $10M Florida Home of Victor Oladipo

It seems like Victor Oladipo’s Florida mansion is worth singing about because it has its own professional recording studio.

The Miami Heat are going to play the Denver Nuggets in the NBA finals. It may be said that their current playoff run is like Cinderella’s. One of their shooting guards is now looking for a good place to live or a good pair of shoes.

The Media says that Victor Oladipo has listed his Miami Beach home for sale for $10 million. An injury from April has kept the NBA player from playing right now. Liz Hogan of Compass Real Estate is selling the house, which has a total size of 6,500 square feet with seven bedrooms and seven baths. The estate is on a gated island and has a lot of things to do.

The modern house was built in 2020 and takes up one and a half lots, which is more than the other homes in the area that only take up one lot. Oladipo wants to buy a new house that has more space for his daughter’s activities because the current one doesn’t fulfill his needs. The Media says that the person said they wanted their daughter to be able to play tennis or do other fun things on open space.

If the square footage of the Hibiscus Island property is enough, the property has high ceilings and panoramic doors that let in stunning vistas. A few of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the main suite has two walk-in closets.

The outside area has a large pool and seating, so guests can relax or eat outside if they choose. Oladipo has turned the guesthouse into a $50,000 recording studio, which he is now using to record songs for his next album. The person who plays basketball is also a singer. In February, they put out an Afrobeats record.

Oladipo bought an island villa for $7.8 million in 2021. He chose this place in part because it is only three miles from the Heat arena. According to a survey by Douglas Elliman in The Wall Street Journal, the average selling price of residences in the Miami Beach area during the first quarter of this year was $5.4 million. This is a 24.2 percent increase from the previous year.

The value of Oladipo’s home, as shown above, is almost twice the average value of homes in the area. But it’s important to keep in mind that there aren’t many properties in the neighborhood that are connected to the NBA.
