In a new milestone for Miami’s dynamic social landscape, Riviera Dining Group introduces CASA NEOS Lounge and the private CASA NEOS MM Rooftop, debuting March 5 along the Miami River. The concept unfolds across multiple levels, each offering a distinct atmosphere while remaining visually and experientially connected.
Located on the third floor, the Lounge opens at 8 p.m., drawing guests into a Mediterranean-inspired setting defined by textured lime-washed walls, sculptural lighting, and low, inviting seating. The space feels both intimate and open, with panoramic views of the skyline shaping the mood as the evening progresses. Early hours lean toward a dining-focused experience, which gradually shifts as music takes prominence and the room settles into a more energetic late-night rhythm, guided by resident DJs and tailored bottle service.
Above, the MM Rooftop offers a contrasting yet complementary environment. Designed as an open-air retreat, the space blends terracotta hues, natural stone, warm wood, and dense greenery to create a setting that feels removed from the city below. A central bar anchors the layout, while soft lighting and unobstructed views give the rooftop a calm, almost cinematic quality—an intentional counterpoint to the movement downstairs.
CASA NEOS is structured to encourage fluid movement between spaces, allowing guests to shape their own experience throughout the night. “We approached the concept vertically,” the team explains. “Each level has its own identity, but they are designed to work together as one continuous experience.”
The culinary program, led by RDG Head of Culinary Michaël Michaelidis, reflects a focus on Mediterranean coastal cuisine executed with precision. From 8 to 11 p.m., both the Lounge and rooftop serve the full menu, featuring dishes such as paella, lobster for two, white truffle pizza, and Kaluga caviar pasta. The offering also includes a selection of crudos, maki, and larger entrées like whole branzino, herb-marinated ribeye, and Australian wagyu tomahawk.
As the night progresses, the beverage program evolves alongside the atmosphere. Cocktails rooted in Mediterranean influences give way to a more high-energy service model, with bottle service becoming central as the music intensifies and the space fills.
With the addition of the Lounge and MM Rooftop, CASA NEOS expands beyond a single venue into a layered nightlife destination—one where each floor reveals a different mood, and the experience builds steadily from dinner into late-night energy.
