Designed by SHoP Architects in close collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz design team, the tower reflects the brand’s philosophy of Sensual Purity — a language rooted in the harmony of intelligence and emotion. The structure’s striking cubic form, defined by refined lines and fluid surfaces, introduces a modern architectural statement that balances innovation with understated sophistication. It is both sculptural and serene, commanding yet graceful against the evolving Miami skyline.
Positioned at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, the development will comprise 791 meticulously curated residences, from studios to expansive three-bedroom condominiums. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames sweeping panoramas of the city’s glittering skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean, offering residents an immersive connection to Miami’s natural and urban landscapes.
Beyond its architectural presence, Mercedes-Benz Places is envisioned as a complete lifestyle ecosystem. More than 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space will include a 174-key hotel, elevated wellness and fitness facilities, and curated retail offerings.
