Toast Mom in Style: Pink Champagne Floats for the Perfect Mother’s Day!

Mother’s Day dessert and drink should be pink champagne floats, of course! Similar to a float, but with a more sophisticated and party-ready appearance, this treat is made with pink champagne and raspberry sorbet. That’s a sweet way to end the meal.

  • 2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet
  • 1 cup pink champagne (Barefoot Pink Moscato)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions:

  • Place scoops of sorbet in large wine glass.
  • 2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet
  • Pour champagne over the sorbet
  • 1 cup pink champagne
  • Top with fresh raspberries

Allow to melt while you sip or eat with a spoon, either way works
